Col. Bruce Wallace....Gone West

If the WWII age group is the "Greatest Generation", then we've just lost one of the greatest of them all. After surviving three wars our good friend, Col. Bruce Wallace has Gone West, flying into the setting sun. Bruce died on Wednesday.

I had the privelage of getting to know Col. Wallace well over the years through our involvement in the Confederate Air Force. As Bruce revealed more of his story to me it was hard to believe it was all true, but it was. Bruce would have me down doing push ups if I called him a hero, so I'll leave it at an "army legend".
